Connection, inspiration, and sunshine — the 'ASM Summer Event'
On a radiant June day, Assistant Store Managers from across the Benelux gathered at a truly special location: Het Houtse Meer. Far from the hustle of daily store life and surrounded by nature, one theme stood at the heart of it all: togetherness. The ASM Summer Event is our annual moment to connect, share experiences, and grow as a community. It’s a celebration of a group that makes a difference every single day.
Growing together
From the moment they arrived, our ASMs were treated with care and appreciation. The day featured an inspiring business update from our Country Director, a reflection on our past achievements and a forward look into 2025, alongside the latest in marketing developments. We also dove into the results of the People Pulse — our employee satisfaction survey — offering valuable insights that help us better understand the voices from the shop floor.
During the KPI workshop, we explored how to lead with both results and culture in mind, and how to translate that vision into actionable strategies for our teams. We also took time to celebrate colleagues who have advanced within Rituals, and warmly welcomed new ASMs into our growing community — the very heartbeat of our stores.
Celebrating together
The day was filled with engaging sessions, hands-on workshops, rich exchanges of experience, and above all, meaningful connection. Colleagues discovered new sides to one another — and that, truly, is where our strength lies. Because every strong team begins with genuine relationships. Naturally, there was also plenty of time to unwind: a summery beachside lunch, heartfelt conversations, a festive closing, and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to remember a truly special day.
Moments that matter
The ASM Summer Event is about more than just a beautiful venue or a strong program. It’s a moment to reflect on who we are — both as a brand and as individuals. A space to celebrate what we’ve achieved together, to look inward, and to look ahead. At Rituals, we believe in creating meaningful moments. This was undoubtedly one of them.
